While Cisco's Global Risk Management Group volunteered the company’s technology in Louisiana last September, Leslie Lamb, Risk Manager at Cisco, shared her company’s approach to risk management in this audio lecture recorded at the Effective Disruption Management Seminar. This event gathered on the Stanford Campus some of the main actors in humanitarian disaster relief operations to leverage each other's knowledge and best practices. Leslie spoke about the standards and procedures that make this giant enterprise not only resilient but adaptable in a multi-risk global environment.
