On this edition of Interviews with Innovators, host Jon Udell asks LeFever about the elements of CommonCraft's distinctive style, the art of editing, and the origin of "explanation problems".

Lee LeFever is the founder and principal of Common Craft, LLC. Common Craft produces short online videos that focus on making complex ideas easy to understand. Since April of 2007, Common Craft's whiteboard-based "paperworks" videos have been viewed over 4 million times and the company has worked with organizations such as Google, LinkedIn and Meetup.com on custom video projects. Lee founded Common Craft in 2003 and works with his wife Sachi from their home in Seattle Washington.
